From Yogyakarta Adisucipto Airport to Hotel

After you have retrieved your luggage, exit the arrival hall, where you will be met by staff of the Secratariat. Should there be no one to meet you, it would be a good idea to change US $10 to rupiahs (about Rp 100.000). This will more than cover your taxi to the hotel (either Hotel UIN or Grand Quality Hotel).
The fare from the airport should be around Rp 30.000.

From the Grand Quality Hotel to the venue at the Hotel UIN

On Sunday 2 November afternoon, there will be available a mini-bus or van to take you to the venue at the Hotel UIN, for re-registration.
Please gather in the lobby of the GQ Hotel at 3 pm where a staff member of the Secretariat will be waiting with the mini van to transport you to the venue.
If you have any problems, you can call the Hotel UIN at (0274) – 4332482

Weather

In November, the weather in Yogyakarta will be hot and humid at the start of the rainy season (30 degrees C); so an umbrella would be advised.

Food

Please let us know soon if you have any dietary requirements so we can plan meals accordingly.
